BStraps provides online services subject to the following terms and conditions. By visiting and/or shopping on this website, you accept these conditions.

BILLING AND PAYMENT
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express on a secure page that has SSL (Secure Socket layer) technology. This technology will shield your information from theft.

PRIVACY

SHIPPING
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS rates within the Continental United States. Your actual rate will be determined during checkout based upon the UPS shipping method you select and determined by zip code. Items usually ship within 3 days. For International Shipping please contact us for accurate rates.

RETURN POLICY
All of our BStraps are handmade from high quality materials and are inspected for damage before shipping. On rare occasions your BSTRAPS may arrive damaged.

You may return any BSTRAPS that may have arrived damaged within 14 days of delivery. A damaged BSTRAP is defined as a bra strap that cannot be used for its intended purpose as a result of manufacturing defect or damage to product that was not caused by consumer’s actions. Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund.

The damaged item must be returned in its original packaging and must include a return authorization number. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an RA #. This number can be obtained by emailing info@BSTRAPS .com.
BSTRAPS will refund your return shipping. If we are shipping you a new pair (of the same style) we will pay for the shipping.

If you are just unsatisfied with your purchase please email us for a return authorization number and return address label within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Your BSTRAPS must be in their original condition and original packaging and shipped within 5 days from the day the RA# was issued for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Sale or custom orders may not be returned and are final sale.

SALES TAX

All orders shipped to an address within the state of Florida will be subject to a 7% sales tax
